Ashakiranam volunteers meeting
11 Jan 2020: The volunteers of Ashakiranam met at Chethana. The objective was to bring out ways to spread awareness on cancer care. It was decided to create a blood data bank and to make the community aware of the availability of Chethana’s ambulance and palliative for the cancer patients’ use. Dr. Vishnu gave us a session on cancer awareness, while palliative care nurse Ms. Shilda gave a session on cancer patient care.
