Mavelikkara Diocese Pastoral Committee and Zero Carbon Parish Study Camp
The study camp was addressed by the Vicar General of the Mavelikkara Diocese, Monsignor Dr. Stephen Kulathumkarottu, who gave the introductory message. Very Rev. Fr. George Vettikkattil, the Secretary of the Synodal Commission leading the social activities of the Parassala Diocese of the Malankara Church, conducted the classes.
The Pastoral Committee meeting of the Mavelikkara Diocese and the Zero Carbon Study Camp were held at the Amalagiri Bishop’s House. The program was inaugurated by the Most Rev. Dr. Joshua Mar Ignatius, the Archbishop of the Diocese. Representatives from the parish community and the diocesan pastoral team participated in this event.
Fr. Francis Plavarakkunnil, the Director of Chetana, welcomed everyone, and Assistant Director Philip Jammathkal thanked the participants. The event was attended by members of the pastoral committee, clergy, representatives from various parishes, Chetana community organizers, and Chetana staff members.
