“Saphalam Initiative: Anti-Drug Seminar and Educational Kit Distribution”
On May 29, 2024, Wednesday, Chetana’s office hosted an anti-drug seminar and the distribution of educational kits for children under the Saphalam initiative. The session was led by Mr. Jomon, a counselor from the ACCEPT (IRCA) Counseling Center in Kattanam.
The program was inaugurated by Fr. Francis Plavarakunnel, Director of Chetana, with a welcome address by Fr. Philip Jammathukal, Assistant Director of Chetana. The event was attended by Mrs. Shine Andrews, Coordinator of Saphalam, Mr. Reji Raju, and other staff members of Chetana, along with the children and their parents.
Educational kits were distributed to the children, supporting their academic needs. The meeting also expressed gratitude to Rev. Dr. Geevarghese Changanethu, whose support has been instrumental in the success of the Saphalam activities.
