Formation of Alappuzha District Disability Arts Festival Organizing Committee
The organizing committee for the Alappuzha District Disability Arts Festival was formed at Kayamkulam Chetana. The program, chaired by Mr. Kesanath, Chairman of the Municipal Health Standing Committee, was inaugurated by Most Rev. Dr. Joshua Mar Ignatius, Bishop of Mavelikkara Diocese.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Shameer, Organizer of Gandhi Bhavan Patthanapuram, who welcomed the participants, along with the Kayamkulam Municipal Secretary, Ward Members, and Haripad Municipal Council Members.
As part of the Chetana and Caritas India’s Ashaki Ranam Program, Kumari Jaseela made a generous contribution by cutting her hair for the “Keshadanam – Snehadanam” initiative, which provides wigs for cancer patients.
Most Rev. Dr. Joshua Mar Ignatius, Bishop of Mavelikkara Diocese, congratulated her and presented a certificate in recognition of her kind gesture.
