The Mavelikkara Diocese inaugurated the intensive “Sajeevam” Anti-Drug Campaign at St. Mary’s Cathedral Church, Punnamoodu in association with Caritas India. The event was presided over by His Grace Joshua Mar Ignathios, Metropolitan of Mavelikkara Diocese.
The parents of the students from the District Autism centre Kayamkulam started manufacturing and distributing candles. The program was inaugurated by Chethana Executive Director Rev. Fr. Francis Plavarakunnil. Chethana was started to sell these candles at the Haritham shop outlet. This initiative is an income generation for the parents of the autistic children.
